Pregnancy Friendly Pilates
Pregnancy Friendly Pilates is an epic way to nurture strength and stability in a low impact way throughout your pregnancy. From helpful breathing techniques to pelvic floor exercises, postural alignment and strength work to help reduce back pain and empower you to feel strong and powerful in your amazing body. You are welcome to come to this class if you aren’t expecting if you’d like.
Pregnancy Yoga
Focussed on relaxation, this is an opportunity to connect with yourself and your baby. We hope to empower you with knowledge, helpful techniques and most importantly confidence in your own powerful intuition. You’ll find a wonderful community of mums-to-be, perfect if you’d like to form connections and friendships in the local area. The class is gentle, but still provides many opportunities to modify depending on what you’d like from your practice.
Postnatal Yoga
Designed to nourish with helpful poses and stretches with a powerful postnatal body in mind, whilst also providing an opportunity to relax the mind, and the opportunity to connect with other parents - creating the village we all need. Babies are welcome!
Postnatal Pilates
This class will serve as a perfect opportunity to nourish your postpartum body, our skilled teachers are here to support with functional exercises designed to strengthen and empower, with some delicious stretches included for good measure. Babies welcome here!
