It is so normal to feel unsure and maybe a tad nervous when stepping into a new place, and starting a movement practice you are unfamiliar with! Our studio has been mindfully designed to ensure your comfort and help you feel right at home. We recommend arriving early (about ten minutes before class begins) to familiarise yourself with the space, meet the teacher and get settled in with a cup of tea.

Book a classCongratulations, we would be so honoured to support you in your journey. We recommend joining us after your 12th week of pregnancy, you can see our pregnancy class offerings here . Though if you'd like to join other classes on our timetable, please do chat with the teacher beforehand so they can support you through class with modifications.
