Let's go back to the roots, the foundations of Cake & Yoga Club. 🧁 Quite simply a fun, groovy and light hearted yoga class to 90's 00's nostalgic tunes - followed by cake (welcome/encouraged to bring a bake if you wish) Yoga, cake, new friends, old friends, good times!

Sound Journey

Immerse yourself in a dreamy 90 minute Sound Journey with Georgie and Ross. Get cosy with bolsters and blankets and bathe in the many instruments to deeply relax, soothe and leave feeling peaceful and restored. The perfect Sunday evening treat.
