Joyful wellness comes in many different forms. Explore our CAYC class styles. We serve up many different practices at CAYC. From a variety of yoga styles to pilates and barre.

  • Wiggle & Flow is our expression of Vinyasa yoga. The perfect blend of energising, gently warming movement, stirring up awareness of mind, body and breath. We hope to create space for you to feel calm, empowered and joyful.

  • A nourishing hug in the form of a yoga class. Join us for breathwork and a delicious sequence of restorative poses using all props, eventually finishing in a juicy savasana. This class has a specific focus on calming the mind and creating space for deep relaxation.

  • This class is rooted in Hatha yoga, a strong, steady moving meditation with plenty of space between poses to stir up warmth, cultivate space to slow down both mind and body.

  • Listen to your body and nourish your mind with this supportive offering. Yoga gentle is suitable for everyone, especially those in older bodies. It is beginner friendly and perfect for those at any age or stage in life wishing to experience the many benefits yoga has to offer. From improving balance and mobility, to increasing energy and an overall feeling of wellbeing, there is beauty in simplicity. You are welcome to take it slow, move at your own pace and add an extra sprinkle of spice if you wish.

  • Start your morning with connection, focus and time for yourself before the day gets going. An opportunity to connect with your body, breath and mind, setting yourself up to feel your best.

  • Powerful, spicy and full of opportunities to deepen your practice. Each of our brilliant teachers will bring a unique flavour to dynamic flow, but you can expect to get warm, feel nourished and challenged in equal measure with plenty of variations offered to suit all levels.

  • This is an inclusive, fun and powerful class designed to get you moving, grooving and feeling empowered. Expect to get firey and your heart rate to lift, however you can also expect to be encouraged to rest as often as you wish, with plenty of options on offer to allow this practice to truly serve you.

  • Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means circle or completion. Inspired by this, you explore circular patterns with the body and move around all four corners of the mat in a 360 way. Each class is linked to one of the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air. This is a creative vinyasa class that will inspire, warm and challenge! If you are looking for a fun way to groove your body, this is the class for you.

  • Nurturing stability, alignment and practical ways to support the body. Pilates is an entirely different practice to yoga in many ways, but the two go hand in hand. Perhaps you are working with injury and Pilates is a low impact way to begin rebuilding stability.There will be variations provided throughout with 0 pressure. The intention is not only to strengthen your body, but build confidence and uplifting energy in your mind too.

  • New to yoga or would like a refresher? This class is a warm, welcoming place to explore the foundations of yoga. A calming class with a blend of movement, breath work, meditation and conversation. By coming along to this class, we hope to empower you with the confidence and tools to explore this vast, wonderful practice.

  • You can expect a little more spice at our dynamic Pilates class. The same mindful emphasis on stability, alignment and support for your powerful body - just with a sprinkling of flowing movement that will increase your heart rate, leaving you feeling warm and invigorated.

  • Pregnancy Friendly Pilates is an epic way to nurture strength and stability in a low impact way throughout your pregnancy. From helpful breathing techniques to pelvic floor exercises, postural alignment and strength work to help reduce back pain and empower you to feel strong and powerful in your amazing body. You are welcome to come to this class if you aren’t expecting if you’d like.

  • Focussed on relaxation, this is an opportunity to connect with yourself and your baby. We hope to empower you with knowledge, helpful techniques and most importantly confidence in your own powerful intuition. You’ll find a wonderful community of mums-to-be, perfect if you’d like to form connections and friendships in the local area. The class is gentle, but still provides many opportunities to modify depending on what you’d like from your practice.

  • Designed to nourish with helpful poses and stretches with a powerful postnatal body in mind, whilst also providing an opportunity to relax the mind, and the opportunity to connect with other parents - creating the village we all need. Babies are welcome!

  • This class will serve as a perfect opportunity to nourish your postpartum body, our skilled teachers are here to support with functional exercises designed to strengthen and empower, with some delicious stretches included for good measure. Babies welcome here!

  • This fun practice combines elements from dance, yoga asana and strength training to serve up a challenging, feel good practice. It’s a challenging class, but you will feel on top of the world after 45 minutes of feel good movement. Give this class a go if you are seeking a practice that brings you empowering challenges and gets you moving and feeling strong, but is low impact and kind to joints. This class is just as much about the mind and proving that you can do hard things, as it is about nourishing your body.

  • Exactly what it says on the tin. This class is focussed purely on the joy and deep restoration of savasana. Arrive in your comfiest clothes, nestle down with all the props and immerse in a 25 minute long savasana. You can expect to be guided into rest with gentle breathwork and soothed by a savasana massage with essential oils. Bliss. ✨ 

    This class is perfect for those who are in need of mindful, intentional rest. Holding space for you to release from your day and calmly drift into your evening.
