Wiggle & Flow is our expression of Vinyasa yoga. The perfect blend of energising, gently warming movement, stirring up awareness of mind, body and breath. We hope to create space for you to feel calm, empowered and joyful.

A nourishing hug in the form of a yoga class. Join us for breathwork and a delicious sequence of restorative poses using all props, eventually finishing in a juicy savasana. This class has a specific focus on calming the mind and creating space for deep relaxation.

This class is rooted in Hatha yoga, a strong, steady moving meditation with plenty of space between poses to stir up warmth, cultivate space to slow down both mind and body.

Our postnatal yoga classes are designed to nourish both body and mind, providing an opportunity to truly relax, whilst feeling completely comfy to connect with other parents - creating the village we all need. Babies are very welcome! Important note - our studio is located up some stairs, you are welcome to park your buggy beneath our stairs, however it is outdoors - so a rain cover may be useful! Please ensure you have your 6 week check and go-ahead before coming along. 😊

This is an inclusive, fun and powerful class designed to get you moving, grooving and feeling empowered. Expect to get warm and your heart rate to lift, you can also expect to be encouraged to rest as often as you wish, with plenty of options on offer to allow this practice to truly serve you.

Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means circle or completion. Inspired by this, you explore circular patterns with the body and move around all four corners of the mat in a 360 way. Each class is linked to one of the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air. This is a creative vinyasa class that will inspire, warm and challenge! If you are looking for a fun way to groove your body, this is the class for you.

Nurturing stability, alignment and practical ways to support the body. Pilates is an entirely different practice to yoga in many ways, but the two go hand in hand. Perhaps you are working with injury and Pilates is a low impact way to begin rebuilding stability.There will be variations provided throughout with 0 pressure. The intention is not only to strengthen your body, but build confidence and uplifting energy in your mind too.

New to yoga or would like a refresher? This class is a warm, welcoming place to explore the foundations of yoga. A calming class with a blend of movement, breath work, meditation and conversation. By coming along to this class, we hope to empower you with the confidence and tools to explore this vast, wonderful practice.

You can expect a little more spice at our dynamic Pilates class. The same mindful emphasis on stability, alignment and support for your powerful body - just with a sprinkling of flowing movement that will increase your heart rate, leaving you feeling warm and invigorated.

Pregnancy Friendly Pilates is an epic way to nurture strength and stability in a low impact way throughout your pregnancy. From helpful breathing techniques to pelvic floor exercises, postural alignment and strength work to help reduce back pain and empower you to feel strong and powerful in your amazing body. You are welcome to come to this class if you aren’t expecting if you’d like.

Focussed on relaxation, this is an opportunity to connect with yourself and your baby. We hope to empower you with knowledge, helpful techniques and most importantly confidence in your own powerful intuition. You’ll find a wonderful community of mums-to-be, perfect if you’d like to form connections and friendships in the local area. The class is gentle, but still provides many opportunities to modify depending on what you’d like from your practice.

Barre combines elements from dance, yoga asana and strength training to serve up a challenging, low impact, feel good practice for both body and mind. 💥 Expect to move to the beat of the music, get very warm and leave feeling high on endorphins. ✨ This class is postnatal friendly, providing the perfect opportunity to gain strength and feel empowered during your postnatal recovery. Plus your baby is welcome to join you mat-side to soak up all the feel good vibes.

This class will serve as a perfect opportunity to nourish your postpartum body, our skilled teachers are here to support with functional exercises designed to strengthen and empower, with some delicious stretches included for good measure. Babies welcome here!

This fun practice combines elements from dance, yoga asana and strength training to serve up a challenging, feel good practice. It’s a challenging class, but you will feel on top of the world after 45 minutes of feel good movement. Give this class a go if you are seeking a practice that brings you empowering challenges and gets you moving and feeling strong, but is low impact and kind to joints. This class is just as much about the mind and proving that you can do hard things, as it is about nourishing your body.

A deeply soothing end to the working week with our yin and sound class. A restorative Friday night plan and respite to a busy week, setting you up peacefully for the weekend ahead. Enjoy supported yin postures, accompanied by sound healing with crystal bowls. Such a treat. This class is gently extended to 75 minutes long to provide a deep soak in the sound bath, enabling you to relax fully.

Fancy finishing the working week with a feel good boogie? This is the class for you. 💃 Named disco flow, you can expect fun, nostalgic music turned up a few notches that gets you moving (hips swaing in downward facing dog, singing along etc). We'll move, groove and breathe through our practice, landing in a blissful savasana to soothe us into the weekend...
