We are a Joyful Wellness community in Earlsfield, South West London serving up yoga, pilates, barre, pre and postnatal classes and a creative array of special events, retreats, workshops and more. Our passion is to nurture an inclusive environment that is free from judgement, expectation and any hint of diet culture.
CAYC's purpose is rooted in creating an experience that is welcoming and friendly to all. A safe pace to connect with yourself and others, leaving you feeling nourished, uplifted and with a renewed sense of joy for all the practices that bring you calm and connection. โโ

in a busy world.
Youโll find us in Earlsfield - just twenty minutes from central London, yet youโll feel as if you have arrived at a rural retreat. Our studio is surrounded by an abundance of nature, tucked away within the trees, the soothing sounds of the river flowing beside us, rustling leaves, birdsong and quacking ducks. The true definition of a hidden gem.
Our Joyful Wellness studio offers a refreshing perspective on how โwellnessโ is defined. Freeing ourselves from judgement or fitting into what is expected and leaning into our own unique exploration.
Through our offerings led by our passionate team of teachers, thoughtful language and intentional design choices in our studio, we celebrate rituals that nurture community. Feel good movement, conversation, connecting with new people over a pre-class cup of tea, gathering around a table of delicious cakes. It is all wellness.
We are slowly unlearning the idea that one thing is good and the other is bad, or that movement is a form of punishment for eating food that brings you pleasure. There is no such thing as a guilty pleasure, itโs just pleasure.

Our Joyful Practises

Our signature Wiggle and Flow class is our take on Vinyasa Flow. It is soulful, light hearted, inclusive and juicy. The class is open to all levels with plenty of modifications offered throughout so you feel comfortable and empowered to celebrate your own unique practice. Each teacher will have their own flavour to Wiggle and Flow, which is part of the beauty of yoga. All classes will inspire connection between the mind, body and breath, with the hope that you land into your savasana feeling calm, empowered and joyful.

Our signature restorative yoga class. Tender loving care as an art form, unique to everyone and this deliciously calming class allows you to steep in relaxation through a sequence of soothing, stretchy postures supported by props, somatic and juicy movement and a sprinkling of breathwork to calm your nervous system and mindfulness to help you bring the calm with you into your day to day. This class will leave you floating off on a cloud feeling refreshed, restored and balanced.

This class is rooted in Hatha yoga, a strong, steady moving meditation with plenty of space between poses to stir up warmth, cultivate space to slow down both mind and body.

A deeply soothing end to the working week with our yin and sound class. A restorative Friday night plan and respite to a busy week, setting you up peacefully for the weekend ahead. Enjoy supported yin postures, accompanied by sound healing with crystal bowls. Such a treat.

Powerful, spicy and full of opportunities to deepen your practice. Each of our brilliant teachers will bring a unique flavour to dynamic flow, but you can expect to get warm, feel nourished and challenged in equal measure with plenty of variations offered to suit all levels.

Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means circle or completion. Inspired by this, you explore circular patterns with the body and move around all four corners of the mat in a 360 way. Each class is linked to one of the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air. This is a creative vinyasa class that will inspire, warm and challenge! If you are looking for a fun way to groove your body, this is the class for you.

Nurturing stability, alignment and practical ways to support the body. Pilates is an entirely different practice to yoga in many ways, but the two go hand in hand. Perhaps you are working with injury and Pilates is a low impact way to begin rebuilding stability.There will be variations provided throughout with 0 pressure. The intention is not only to strengthen your body, but build confidence and uplifting energy in your mind too.

This is an inclusive, fun and powerful class designed to get you moving, grooving and feeling empowered. Expect to get warm and your heart rate to lift, you can also expect to be encouraged to rest as often as you wish, with plenty of options on offer to allow this practice to truly serve you.

Pregnancy Friendly Pilates is an epic way to nurture strength and stability in a low impact way throughout your pregnancy. From helpful breathing techniques to pelvic floor exercises, postural alignment and strength work to help reduce back pain and empower you to feel strong and powerful in your amazing body. You are welcome to come to this class if you arenโt expecting if youโd like.

Focussed on relaxation, this is an opportunity to connect with yourself and your baby. We hope to empower you with knowledge, helpful techniques and most importantly confidence in your own powerful intuition. Youโll find a wonderful community of mums-to-be, perfect if youโd like to form connections and friendships in the local area. The class is gentle, but still provides many opportunities to modify depending on what youโd like from your practice.

Designed to nourish with helpful poses and stretches with a powerful postnatal body in mind, whilst also providing an opportunity to relax the mind, and the opportunity to connect with other parents - creating the village we all need. Babies are welcome!

This class will serve as a perfect opportunity to nourish your postpartum body, our skilled teachers are here to support with functional exercises designed to strengthen and empower, with some delicious stretches included for good measure. Babies welcome here!

This fun practice combines elements from dance, yoga asana and strength training to serve up a challenging, feel good practice. Itโs a challenging class, but you will feel on top of the world after 45 minutes of feel good movement. Give this class a go if you are seeking a practice that brings you empowering challenges and gets you moving and feeling strong, but is low impact and kind to joints. This class is just as much about the mind and proving that you can do hard things, as it is about nourishing your body.
